About a Connector

As a protocol, service, or Application Programming Interface (API), a connector specifies how Incorta can connect to an external system or application and ingest data.

You use a connector to create an External Data Source with the Data Manager.

Incorta includes many out-of-the-box connectors for data ingest. There are connectors for:

• Applications
• Databases
• Data lakes
• File systems
• Streaming
• Query Services
• Other applications such as Google Sheets
• Custom
