If this value is 0 or -1, the default value for this property will be used, which is 500,000. To change the default value for this property, contact the support team. Tuning Tenant Configurations

Configuration Property: Table Pool Size

  • Restart Required? Yes
  • Description: The value for this property sets the number of tables that can be extracted at the same time for each tenant. The default value is “-1”, meaning that all the table threads will be running at the same time. Use the following logic when setting this parameter: 1- Find the maximum number of tables for each schema, and let this be (m). 2- Find the total number of cores of the server where Incorta is running, and let this be (n). 3- Set the value for the “Table Pool Size” to be: min(m, 2n) * 80/100 Notes: If you notice that the server is hanging or the performance is being compromised during schemas refresh, this can be an indicator that the Table Pool Size value is too high for the server. If you notice that the extract process is taking too much time for one schema, then consider increasing the value for this parameter, keeping in mind the number of cores in the machine.

Schema Pool Size Tenant Configurations

Configuration Property: Schema Pool Size

  • Restart Required? Yes
  • Description: The value for this property sets the number of schemas that can be loaded at a time per tenant.
