Filter Dashboards on iOS

Similar to dashboard filters on the desktop version of Incorta, you can use the Incorta iOS app to create and apply individual dashboard runtime filters, or save filters as Bookmarks.

Create a Dashboard Runtime Filter on iOS

To create a dashboard runtime filter on iOS:

  1. Select a dashboard from Content.
  2. Tap the Filter icon (funnel icon).
  3. From the Filters screen, select a column as a filter attribute.
  4. Choose a filter operator. By default the operator is IN. To choose another, tap the down arrow next to the current operator to select another.
  5. Search for and select Value(s) to refine your results. (Available Operators and Values may change in response to the selected attribute.)
  6. Tap Done to save your selections and return to the Filters screen.
  7. Tap Apply to apply your filter and return to the dashboard view.

Edit Dashboard Runtime Filter on iOS

To edit a runtime filter from the dashboard:

  1. Tap Filter (funnel icon) to open the filter operator and value selection screen.
  2. Select the attribute you want to edit.

    • To choose a different operator: Tap the down arrow next to the current operator to select another
    • To select different values for your filter: Search for and select Value(s) from the selected attribute’s values list. Keep in mind that available Operators and Values may change in response to the selected attribute.
    • To remove an individual filter attribute: Swipe the attribute name left, then tap Clear.
  3. Tap Done to save your selections and return to the Filters screen (This step is for operator and value edits only).
  4. Tap Apply to apply your filter selections and return to the dashboard view.

Remove all Dashboard Runtime Filters on iOS

To remove all runtime filters, from the dashboard view:

  1. Tap Filter to open the filter operator and value selection screen.
  2. Tap Edit Filters.
  3. Tap Clear All to remove all filter selections.
