Use Warmup Mode

About Warmup Mode

Warmup Mode affects how the Incorta Analytics service loads schema data into memory when starting up and can be set as the default tenant configuration or for a specific tenant configuration.

The Warmup Mode options include:

  • None: Only loads on demand, and does not pre-load the columns.  None works best for small deployments with ad-hoc queries.
  • Last used columns: Loads the previous state prior to shutting down the loader and analytics services.
  • Business view columns: Loads all columns referenced in the business schema views in the analytics service only.
  • Most Used Dashboard Columns: Loads most-used dashboard columns using a pre-specified percentage of memory.
  • All: Pre-loads all columns into memory. All works best when you need to support ad-hoc queries, if there are no business schemas in place, and when the time between the analytics service startup and dashboard usage is significant.
